once i was asked to pull forward and wait a couple minutes. 20 minutes later I had to go in and remind them what my order was they forgot about me. That is a hell of a way to spend a 30 min lunch break. Get even all the time now though. Whenever they ask me to pull forward and wait a couple of minutes I just smile and say no thanks waiting right here at the window will be just fine. If they give me any guff I just say "look I don't ask you to walk up to that parking space and wait for me to pull up there to give you the money." I then make sure to carefully check the contents of my order right there before i even put the car in gear and pull away. If there is anything amiss in my order I just turn my engine off and wait for them to come and see what is wrong.

McDonalds isn't as bad as people make it out to be. Sure is used to be unbearable, but now it is better than average. And of course with them now making sandwiches to order, their food is that much better too.

I work at mcdonalds and they would do almost anything to make you go there again. When we do lobby shifts we are suposed to ask everyone if their food, etc is ok or we can get fired. We can also get fired if we disturb the people by asking them that. They have those weirdo videos that try and make you do alll those things you dont have to so that their customers will come back again.

Man, never say "hold the xxxxx" cuz its just longer for them to do that than you ordering the whole thing and taking whatever out

This is a good idea in principle, but I ALWAYS special order my hamburglers so I KNOW mine will have to be basically made on the spot and they can't just pull an old one off the rack. Sure they are all microwaved anyway...but at least I know mine was nuked just before I got it!

I haven't eaten a McDonald's hamburgler since 1995 and have had 3 chicken sandwiches there since that time. 2 out of the 3 sucked A$$ but their new chicken sandwich was O.K. --> made of WHOLE chicken breast not reconstituted chicken "flavored" bits like the old ones were!

Only a fool leaves the window without doing inventory on their purchase...although invariably when you drive away thinking theres NO WAY they could have messed up your simple order...thats when they F you!
