Well, while most of us prob find this extremely hilarious, there is a sad side too. The bidding on this item has ranged all the way up to almost $100M. Ebay has had to extend the auction by 24 hours (very rare) and to pre-qualify bidders! Additionally, members have been making wacko bids on the dress. Unfortunately, as of the writing of this message a number (at least 10) established members (some with 400+ feedback) have been kicked off ebay for bidding on the item.

... very sad for those who thought they would just jump in and joke around. They end up losing their hard-earned reps.

of course we heard about it, woowoo posted it in the 2nd post down! :)

Thanks Geno for stating the glaringly obvious. Did you happen to read the REST of what I wrote? Originally I stated that 10 people (with reps up to 400 positive feedbacks) had lost it all by bidding on this auction. THAT was the point I was trying to make!

Not sad at all. They chose to be idiots and they got slammed for it. I don't care how good their reputation was beforehand, making fake bids is not acceptable, no matter who is making them. Having previous good feedback should not make them somehow exempt from the rule of fair play that everyone else has to abide by. They decided to act like dumbasses and were repaid properly for their actions.

I had a friend that had a couple auctions where someone copied his code including the original links to my friend's pics. We had fun rotating different (yep, incl pron) pics and watching them show up in the person's auction. I never laughed so hard.

Apply shaving cream

So how do you do that? They need a back shaving cream applicator. LOL.
I imagine you could cut the heck outta your back with that thing.
