edit: I can almost understand where you are all coming from saying he's 'an idiot' and such. Of course you say that now. If you were there at the time (being his age), I'm sure it would have seemed far less stupid/dangerous. But common IF someone had said "stupid black people" not only would there be a mob screaming for a ban but odds are he would be banned.

Well I wouldn't have cared. If you see a 'whatever coloured kid/ guy' standing by someone. You don't know him and you are talking with friends. What do you do? Point at the guy? You go that [whatever colour] guy over there.

If someone had said that chinese guy or that coloured dude I'd be fine with it. Or black guy etc. What ever man some people are too picky on this sort of thing. But if you called him that 'n!gga' over there that is different.
