The worst thing I've ever seen for compound fractures happened in my first wrestling scrimmage... This guy got driven backwards by another wrestler and his leg twisted. The shin bone split and both the tibia and fibula were clearly sticking through the skin. There was blood all over the mad and before the paramedics got there, it had already started turning purple and swelling real bad. The moral of the story is, don't do drugs, eat all your greens and don't wrestle guys that just pwn.
