Great diagram. Reminds me of an accident my friend got into several years ago. He was in the same situation as you, where the other lady made a left turn in front of him. Well, apparently the lady had the audacity to sue him for $1 million, claiming he was speeding and therefore it was his fault.

Now I know my friend, he never speeds the rest of us actually make fun of him for driving like a retiree from Florida. However, regardless even if he was doing 100 mph she still is responsible for the accident.

Why would you go to the hospital for a broken finger? Was the bone sticking out?

Yeah, why didn't you just snap it into place and put a bandaid on it? Wuss.

Dude, I give you a 10 out of fsckin 10 for this rant.

And sorry man, I absolutely hate people who don't take resposibility for their actions. It annoys me when scumbags try to weasel their way out of an accident when it is clearly their fault.

I hope you are able to get all the monetary compensation that you deserve.

I doubt I'll see a cent, which is fine, as long as I'm not expected to pay for what I did not cause. If so, there will be hell to pay and the streets will run red with blood.

Time to pick up my percocet, skelaxin, and ibuprofen.

😀

Doesn't it hurt to type all that with a broken finger?

I broke my ring finger. I usually type with my index fingers.

ahh, a chicken pecker!

Nah, it's the napoleon method: Search and destroy.

he was in an accident, its usually a good idea to get checked out by a doctor even if all that hurts is your finger.

Especially if it's obviously their fault and you don't have to pay for it 😉

While your comments on grammar and structure are duly noted, don't get me started on providing cliff notes to the acne-ridden, ritalin popping teenagers that frequent this forum. If they can't read 10 lines without interruption, spending less time at atot and more time with hooked on phonics would probably be the best course of action.

It's like double jeopardy! 10 points for the bonus round!

9/10 original rant
+ 1 pt awesome follow up

= 10/10

I'm pretty sure you're in cancun by now, but you should get your copay back from your car insurance company, and whatever's reasonable from the other driver.

you know, like a new car

a new house

and a new trophy wife/gf/sex slave.

or however much you feel is fair so you don't get some type of karma kicking your butt down the line.

I should do the world a favor and track the number you conveniently left on my phone and castrate your sorry ass with a dull spoon and save future generations the trouble of having to deal with the fruits of your grossly negligent and pathetic loins.

You realize if you do this, not only will your rant go down in history with a score of 200/10, but some may actually buy you a beer for doing the rest of humanity a good deed?

I leave for cancun in 15 hours. I figure I'll lay on a beach, take some percocet and read a few books. Repeat for 7 days.

Heh, I can do that everyday for free. And I don't get explosive diarrhea from the food.
