Do you ever get stupid little jingles stuck in your head? I seem to semi-often. Sometimes it's part of the refrain from that horrid Green Day "21 Guns" song. Today it's been that fucking "NERF BOW AND ARROW" jingle from an old Nerf commercial.

So I thought if I could find the commercial and watch it, maybe it would satiate my damn brain. Or something. Thanks to the amazing Internet and YouTube, sure enough I found it:

Awesome. We'll see if it leaves my head, but I'll probably just watch the video a couple more times and end up wishing I could have Nerf bow fights (as a kid I had the same one in the commercial). Is it 5:00 yet?

At the dentist last week the radio station they have on played "One Night in Bangkok", I'm still trying to flush it from my brain.

"... and the world's your oyster..."

This happens to me when I'm somewhere like a mall and they're playing music I'm not really even paying attention to. Then when I leave I whistle part of the song or something. Goes away pretty quick though.

Also I used to have one of those bow & arrow nerf guns. Was not as awesome as the commercial but was pretty great!

The only toy commercial EVER to have me begging my mom for a toy was Spy Tech. OMG! I had to have those toys! I got damn near every one through the course of birthdays and Christmas.

That was the AD that did it. I was sick in bed watching TV and all of a sudden I was like better. LOL

Oh, mine was easily the Crossfire commercial. I never did buy it, but I'll never forget the commercial!

This actually has left my brain, thankfully, for now. I dunno, random little things like that "NERF BOW AND ARROW" jingle will sear themselves into my brain and I never forget them. And at the same time, my memory in general is complete shit, I forget tons of stuff, and I dunno what the hell I had for lunch even just a couple days ago. I actually think I have low-level ADD with the way my mind wanders so badly sometimes, but it's not so bad I need (or want, really) medication or something.

Dude I remember that commerical! LOL, like I said, now that's something else I never ever forgot. I remember the tune of it and the one kid at the end going "YEAH! YEAH! YEAH!" pumping his fist. Hahaha oh man. Maybe when you're younger this kinda stuff imprints more easily too; I used to see these commercials a lot when I was young.
