This is what works best for me when that happens... water will always make you puke more because it triggers your stomach to pump out digestive acid & then theres nothing to digest ... the sugar in the Gatorade will help neutralize the acid & the potasium is somthing your body needs badly right now.
Also if your not able to keep anything down by tomorrow you do need to go see a doctor.. long term fluid loss is very serious.

A little. I'm really exhausted. When they said they would knock me out, they meant it. I had the TV on the Game Show Network in my room. When I was in the OR, I heard "Okay, we're going to give you something to make you... On the Family Feud!"
