I have a 802.11g network in my house with a Linksys Wireless-G Cable Gateway. I have 2 wireless computers; 1 laptop with integrated wireless g networking, and a desktop with a Linksys Wireless-G PCI adapter. I also have 2 desktops hard-wired to the built-in 4-port switch as well. The laptop can connect to the gateway with no problem at all. The desktop, however, can see the network because it shows up under available wireless networks, but when i try to connect to it, it tries for about 2 minutes and says it cannot connect. Any ideas on what my problem is? Thanks.
Edit: By the way.. the 2 hard wired desktops also have no problem with connectivity, of course.
