Stuffing a Turducken

I watched chef Daniel Boulud stuff one with Stephen Colbert on the Late Show. The sight will stick with me for awhile.

i went to a thanksgiving get together and someone actually brought a turducken. Seems like a ton of work.

The first part of the video showed that what was inserted was already partially cooked.
