And apparently the state could have done more, like listen to the kids.

Great video of the man saving the rabbit and a striking picture

I'm not sure if that pic is from California or not. I've seen one similar in National Geographic years and years ago out of Yellowstone.

Edit, Yeah, it looks stock doing a Google reverse image search.

Because they can see into the ultraviolet range.

Yeah, I wonder if this is the reason for it :
The black feathers makes it easier to hide in dar kspots or at low light levels for predators that do not have the uv range in their vision. For finding a mate it works perfectly since the birds of the same species have uv vision .

Its called saltwater taffy because it was invented on the boardwalk in Atlantic City, not because its made with salt water (though it does have some salt in it).

"Pileated" refers to being capped, as in the pileated woodpecker...

Ran into the term in a Wikipedia article on Saturnalia...

Romans of citizen status normally went about bare-headed, but for the Saturnalia donned the pilleus, the conical felt cap that was the usual mark of a freedman. Slaves, who ordinarily were not entitled to wear the pilleus, wore it as well, so that everyone was "pilleated" without distinction.[28]

Oh yeah site does seem dead now. It was posted on Reddit, maybe their servers can't handle it.

But yeah basically the roll created tons of static. Like a super van degraff generator. Never build a data centre near a 3M factory. 😛

I remember bending water streams with a comb as a kid and thinking it was super cool. Rub it in your hair and put it near the water faucet and the stream will slightly divert.

In his days as Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld held a press conference to identify what he saw as the biggest threat to America. North Korea? Nope. Iraq? Nope. Al-Qaeda? Nope. His culprit? The Pentagon.
Over $2.3 trillion had gone missing with no record of where or how it got spent and he was furious. He ripped the entire Pentagon a new asshole and came right out and declared war on America's most dangerous enemy, the Pentagon bureaucracy.

Wanna guess when he gave that speech? Anyone? Yep, it's true. Rumsfeld declared war on the Pentagon on September 10th, 2001, the day before 9/11.

I knew that.
I was serving in 2001.

If they ever decide to go ahead and make KOTOR 3 we've pretty much already got the story completed and ready to go. Its been fleshed out in TOR and the comics and novels.

Also, among the massive amount content not actually implemented in KOTOR 2, there is data in the game for Mandalore without his helmet. Its Canderous Ordo with grey hair and a full beard.
