Ugh....today is the hardest day too, because its the first one. Being a naturally nocturnal person, I can't go to bed early, and if I'm up for an 8am final after having been up late, I'm useless. Thus, for finals week, I go fully nocturnal, staying up all night studying, taking the test, sleeping till 4 or 5 in the afternoon, and repeating. This is actually a fairly easy thing for me to do, because my 'natural' cycle is to sleep from about 6am-3pm, so its not that far off. The first day is the hardest though, because it involves staying up all night WITHOUT sleeping till 5. Luckily my easiest final is tomorrow.

NOT luckily is the fact that prob and stat is completely raping me. I'm attempting to do a homework assignment due tomorrow(yea the asshole gave us homework finals week), and its not making ANY sense. This stuff isn't in the book either, he gave us a little packet he threw together himself for this stuff, and the packet is all theoretical with no examples, so applying it to the assigned problems is near impossible.

Gon' be a fun week gents.

At least a bunch of random people aren't drawing your attention away on a forum somewhere.

Good luck, sleep when able!

Oh I forgot to mention....

Because I go to Drexel and Drexel does not follow the same schedule as the rest of the world(quarters system/co-op), I have another term starting June 21....

Drexel's schedule (5 year/co-op)

Freshman: classes fall/winter/spring
Sophomore: either classes fall/winter, co-op spring/summer, or the opposite
Pre-Junior: either classes fall/winter, co-op spring/summer, or the opposite
Junior: either classes fall/winter, co-op spring/summer, or the opposite
Senior: classes fall/winter/spring

I'm in fall/winter co-op, thus I'm still in class all summer. Its not so bad now, as a pre-junior, but the real hell will be when I'm in class from next spring(march 06) to the following summer(june 07).

Yes. Its a 5 year program for a 4 year degree, that includes three 6-month co-ops.

Oh co-op has given me a taste of the real world, I've had 2 6-month periods of regular, fulltime employment...it does not suck NEAR as much as class. At least after work you can go home and NOT have to do homework or study for tests.

I agree. Try it with 30 credits (quarter system, not semester). 8-(

On top of the 'normal' requirements for 6 classes, I also have my graduation capstone paper due...20 page research paper, 40+ sources cited. 8-( I've been averaging 4-5 hours sleep a day for a week now...I'm gonna miss getting that much as I start really studying for the next week.

*NOTE: It's rather difficult to take double full-credit loads...I suggest against it in the future*
