Go to the library, and study a little bit each day, and the day before tests/quizzes, review what you studied before. This will definitely help you remember what you studied, and will not make it such a big load of work to do.

To be real honest, just pay attention in class.

It's high school man...if you pay close attention in class, it all comes back around on tests.

If high school is killin' you...oh boy, wait 'til college. My only suggestion is pay closer attention in class and take great notes. Re-read your notes for a few hours the night/morning before the test. It's all I've ever done.

Forgot to add - making cheat sheets. It's not the actual sheet but the process of making it that helps you remember / review concepts.

don't spend too much time on atot/games/etc...as said before school should take priority for you.

in terms of studying, pay attention, read, do work, thorougly understand concepts or know what you need to memorize

bump. Buy a pda and use it to type your notes, then during lunch go over them, on the way home study them, before you go to sleep study them. THen if you do this constantly for your entire HS career you'll be lucky enough to end up in Harvard like I have. Cheers. Remeber a PDA is the way to a higher GPA.

In high school I just read the book. In college it depends on the class. In my ochem class the book was much more helpful while in bio classes its all about notes. If you're getting distracted its better to go to the library or out of the room that has the computer/tv

I am a junior in college and I never study in my room anymore becuse of this
i get distraced very easily /subconously i dont want to study

For memorization this always works for me...

Get 10 pages of paper

On page 1 write down everything you need to memorize...9-10 things

page 2 substract 1 thing, write out the rest

page 3 substract another write out the rest

continue this till page 10 which should be blank...

get 10 more pages

Copy entire thing

On first page copy again and fill in blank..fill in blank on other page 2

continue to page 10

Tedious..boring..works better than anything I have ever used.
