StudioDV vs. Pyro BasicDV firewire cards

I'm trying to decide whether to get the studiodv or the pyro series card.
I know that all Pyro cards are the same card with different software bundles and they all support Premiere 6.0. But does StudioDV support Premiere 6.0?

About the quality of the Pyros and the StudioDV, are they about the same? Do they produce the same kind of quality pictures? I tend to think that StudioDV is on a higher level than the Pyro for some reason and that the quality is higher, is that true?

And how much of a quality difference is there? Is it negligible?
 
I think that the capture quality will be the same...but the software will be different. I have the Studio DV and have used Premiere 6 with it. It worked perfectly. Also, the software that came with the Studio DV is really slick and easy for little stuff.
