Students arrested for 'cyber' bullying

Ok I'll bite - how can you cross a line with poetry? I mean look at Dante's Inferno as being graphically violent? I guess if there were specific threats I'd totally understand the seriousness.
 
Well from the article, it looks like serious threats were probably made. 2 years ago a kid in my school posted a website with a "hitlist" on it. He was arrested and sent to juvie for a couple of months and it was a pretty big issue around here.

Yea I can see specific threats. The only thing that bothers me is non-specific poetry.

I totally agree with specific threats being taken seriously.
 
What if he started up UT2k4, put the bots on easy, named them after people he wanted to bully, and monster-killed them?!?!?!?!
