That said, if sexes were reversed the dude would have been imprisoned for 10 years or more.

The funny thing is that these cases are popularly reported like once a week, but I seriously can't even remember the last time there was a report with the genders reversed. It's got to be like a hundred times more common. Even when scaled proportionately to the number of female vs male teachers it must still be much, much higher.

And yet men still suffer some stigma against teaching minors out of fear that they'll have sex with them.

There is a difference when the roles are reversed particularly if a pregnancy is involved. If a male teacher were to knock up a 15 year old schoolgirl the potential long term consequences could last a lifetime.

So what, you think there's no long term consequences for the boy who is going to be a father? Say that again when the state comes collecting for child support, and there is precedence that they will.

In the past, for a 15-year-old kid to have a shot at a woman like that his father would have had to hire him a call girl.

... NOT that it matters. She should be in jail for years. regardless if the boy liked it or not. She was an adult. He was her student...

Sure, jail her for years, all at the taxpayer's expense. Make it that much harder for her to ever support herself financially. Make her a burden on society forever. Hell, nobody hires a sex offender anyway.

Her two-year-old daughter can then be shipped off to foster care, also at the taxpayer's expense. She will grow to be the next generation in a cycle of broken women using sex inappropriately and claiming false pregnancies to try and trap men.

It's a win-win!
