Student science experiment finds plants won't grow near Wi-Fi router

Anyone here wants to do your own experiment to test this out? Maybe the girls should have tried this with maybe a colony of ants as well to make the experiment more conclusive.

Ugh. They didn't "find" anything because they failed to duplicate their results even once. Indeed, the very first comment is someone claiming to have grown the same plant next to their WiFi router and DECT phone. Anyone who thought that was worth sharing after reading it is not a critical thinker.
 
Amazing that no reputable scientists have noticed the tens of thousands of human deaths from these wi-fi things emitting their kill-beams in houses and apartments across the nation.

Or maybe THEY are in on it too!

Interesting, I'll have to try this experiment with a unify. First, with it off, for a control test, then with it on, and then with it on blasting data.
 
Their method seems very thorough to me. I think they are ready for climate change research.

Even if it would be true, turning off your wifi wouldn't do anything for you anyway, as there are probably another 5 networks crossing your house.

Yeah pretty much. And as for cell phones, I highly doubt it's the cell phone you have to worry about, it's the towers. The cell phones also have to be powerful enough to tansmit all the way to the towers (can be miles) so whether you have it next to your face or a few feet a way does not make much of a difference.

Chances are, if cell phones are really bad for us, there's not much we can do.

I do have a hunch that a combination of all the electromagnetic waves we have going may potentially be bad for us. Could explain why we see so much cancer compared to before. Though genetics also plays a role otherwise everybody would be getting cancer.
 
Turning off your wifi would help as the intensity drops as the square of the distance from it. You still get hit with your neighbors' signals but they are much weaker.

The same goes for cell towers and phones. You get more radiation from the phone than from the tower because it is much closer. You actually want to be near the tower ad you phone transmits at a much lower power when a tower is nearby.

Wireless(cellphone or wifi) radiation may play some role, but I believe that cancer is mainly caused by junk food we eat and the overly stressful lives we are living.
 
There is actually one thing that could have legitimately caused that.
If the device got to hot, them stupidly placing it over the vents, it could have maybe cooked the seeds.
