Turn off your cell phone, the plane will crash and you will die.
The plane would need to be in the air for that to happen. Although it would be funny if the landing gear suddenly gave way because I was posting on ATOT

The waves could possibly set the gas tank on fire. You would not be laughing then.
for this discussion, all y'all are going to be on the TSA watchlist in 3...2...1...
I welcome the full body search, makes me a tingly.
Last time I was in that situation, there were two 12 year old girls behind me that were all ramped up on caffeine or something and talked non-stop for at least 3 hours.
My wife just sat and patted my leg hoping I wouldn't go postal.
Sitting on the plane for 1 hour so far waiting to push back. Still one hour to go before we can go to the de-icing pad which will take another 1.5 hours.
Yay
isn't there like a 3hr rule for sitting on the tarmac then you're compensated $25k?!
or is the airline fined $25k for each passenger?
Look at it this way: you'd get free tickets to anywhere in the continental US out of it. I saw it on an episode of the Simpsons, so it must be true!😛The plane would need to be in the air for that to happen. In fact right now I'm relaxing in a cushy Lay z boy.
May go to bed, may not.
SUCKS TO BE YOU!!

Llwellyn said:Weather delays are excepted from that. The airport can only service so many aircraft at a time when they all have to safely de-ice. Besides the literal availability of the deicing trucks and space on the pads, it affects takeoff routines (extra taxi time because of ice on the ground, etc.) and in some cases alters flight plans and loadplanning for the planes (extra fuel requirements) depending on where they are headed, which can add to the ground delays.
