Stuck mobo screw

Preparing to rma my mobo, and one of the screws is stuck. I unscrew it but then it kinda just pops back down. How should I go about the removal of this?
 
I bet you used the wrong sized screw. 😉

If that's the case, dig your fingernail underneath the head of the screw and try to lift it up as you turn your screw driver to unscrew it.
 
I used my burly arms and just kinda ripped it out. Cept, that ripped the brass thing underneath off to lol, get the pliers and I can get it off now hopefully
