Stuck between 2 lenovo tablets

i need a new tablet. i got a budget of $250.
i have a lenovo tab 2 a10-70 but i lost it to my daughter.
it was a descent tablet , but since im getting myself another one
i want to know if there are better options.
i want a screen that is bigger than 8", 9" is the sweet spot but i cant find anything good on my budget so far.either the screen resolution sucks or it only has 1 gig of ram,
or no sd card option.

ive been looking at either a lenovo a10-70 or a lenovo yoga tab 2 10.1.
other than the price ( $200 vs $250) , the yoga tab 2 has a intel processor.
i dont care for the hinge thing of the yoga .

lenovo tab 2 a10-70 cpu --MT8165 QC Processor (1.70GHz 1MB)
lenovo yoga 2 cpu -- :Intel Atom Z3745 Processor (1.33GHz 1066GHz 2MB)

is the intel processor a big enough difference to warrant the extra $50 ??
will the performance difference be noticeable ??
is there a better option at my price range?

well...
i went ahead and bought a lenovo yoga 2 10.1" .
i like it so far, shadowrun and angry birds transformers runs
quicker now. i always thought that the ship at the beginning of the level
landed slowly till now.
also shadowrun also boots quicker and the characters move quicker
{ before it looked like they were walking instead of running } .
so far i would say that the $50 extra was well spent.
