This is a Just For Laughs video, so it must be Canadian (most probably from Montreal).

best I've seen was a British one with a fake mirror. People go in and there's one person in there doing her eyes but in their mirror there's no reflection. The person doing the eyes is a twin with the other twin doing the mirrored action behind the glass.
