I made one yesterday. Ham, pepperoni, hard salami, onions, peppers and a mix of mozz, parmesan, romano, provalone and asiago cheeses. Used a little drizzle of Good Seasons Italian dressing too. Was delicious and not too hard to make. Got enough leftover fixins to make another too, saving it for a football game snakc tomorrow.

calazone use ricotta cheese and usually have 1 type of meat
Strombollies use mozzarella and usually combine ham, pepperoni and salami.
