Thank you for the good wishes. I probably won't recover (repeat strokes isn't good for long healthy living) but I hope to enjoy the short time I have left with my family.

I still have hope for you. And be glad for those around you - so many people can't share love and yet you have....

Thank you for the good wishes. Yes, I'm fanatical about keeping my blood pressure down and even. My first 2 strokes were the result of heart catheterization when I was diagnosed with heart failure. Then I got diagnosed with diabetes. I'm also fanatical about keeping my blood sugar low and even. Unfortunately blood pressure meds do bad things to blood sugar. Still not sure which is more important to keep down - blood pressure or blood sugar. Yes, I know that I'm lucky to have done as well as I have.

Enjoy life while you have it.

I'd worry about the blood sugar more, as long as the blood pressure isn't bottoming out.

When I was hospitalized after a suicide attempt I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. It was kind of a relief that something can take me out naturally instead of having to do it myself & whatever it is would be painful.
I need to go get checked out though.
I've known something was wrong with me years before I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. But only thing I was waiting for was a steady job & insurance to get checked out.
