Its not just for "a few bucks". A lot of stripper pull in more than 50K/year. Not bad money if they have the brains to save it away (not that its common, but you gotta figure at least 3 of them have enough brains to do so).

Oh, and luvly, I know several guys who had NO idea that there was going to be a stripper at their bachelor's party.

I personally find strip clubs a waste of money, but don't see a problem with them. If there was sexual contact, different story. Going to one for the occasional bachelor party, BFD.

Your pomposity is an ostensible manifestation of maturity, but the immaturity pervades. I've never been to a strip club, nor will I in the future. I've been asked on many occasions to go, but have always refused. Does this make me a "better man?" No, that's absurd. Keep in mind that there are women who actually enjoy going to strip clubs w/ their man. This most certainly isn't my type of woman, but who am I to criticize the lifestyle of others?

In short, to say "I'm better than" is to negate any hint of being "better than" in the first place.
