Suburban Chicago, IL, December 12 - One day after it was slapped with a suspension of its liquor license and a $10,000 fine, an attorney for a St. Charles Township gentleman's club questioned the tactics police used during the sting, in which five male officers spent almost $700 on drinks and more than 40 lap dances.


This club is by my house. I bet the cops had a good time.

That wont stand, I bet. An appeals court in California, ruling on a case eerily similar to this, ruled that dancers have a first ammendment right to touch themselves as part of the "expressive" element to nude dancing.

The problem with that is this club isn't totaly nude. In IL you can't have booze and boobs. They where the nipple caps. IL is very strict on what they allow.
