I make sure the bartenders have everything they need to do there jobs.
Main responsibilities include:
1) keep coolers stocked with beer and wine.
2) keep them stocked with ice, napkins, straws, and stirirs
3) wash all glassware glasses, shot glasses, shakers, etc
4) cart away empties
5) stock cooler at the ned of the night and take out trash.
thats it.
The bartenders wipe down and clean the bar. The waitresses clear tables.. meixcans clean bathrooms.
its not hard at all just make sure you are one step ahead of the bartenders so they alwayws have everything they need to serve the custies
Barbacking is a great job for a young guy I did it for a few years at a pretty popular club and had a blast. It's a ton of work, but you don't notice because it's sorta like being at a party! And at the end of the night there's the after-parties!!!
no your crazy it would be like instant firing if I started snapping pics inside the club. Most of the girls are very protective of their identies so much that many travel a couple hours from out of state just so that they dont have to worry about getting recognized.
This is also why it is not that hard to bag a sstripper because at the end of the night she'd rather go party more than drive 3 hours back home. so before you start investing time in talking to a stripper at the club ask where she lives :wink;

you'd be surprised most are completely normal when the lights are on and they are in street clothes. yes there are complete crack whores too.
My point is that if the client pays enough, she'll do some nasty stuff. Not saying they aren't normal.
Anyways, do you get to hang out with these girls on a regular basis or what...

Most of the money the girls at the strip club makes are "on the side." Look at the porn stars, you think they make their money from movies? Heck no. They get $500 if they aren't contract girls, but they can make $1,500 for a hour screwing some guy at a hotel or in the "champage room."
Go to the Mitchell Brother Stripclub in San Francisco, everyone girl there will do you for the right price
