To shed water. Water damages the concrete, and if it freezes it would be a huge safety hazard.

Rail firm Connex is to investigate how the pram rolled off the platform and the train driver will be offered counselling.

Just thankful the baby was very lucky to survive, it could have been a lot worse.

I feel bad that I laughed when the train hit it. I knew exactly what happened though cause I heard the story on the radio this morning.
