Hey guys I have at least an hour (usually... many more) of free time every day at work and instead of neffing I thought maybe I'd do some stretches to improve my workouts.

My main desire is to be able to have perfect squat form... its just I feel like its impossible to keep my back from rounding when I get below parallel. In general though I figure stretching can't hurt.

- Shoulder Dislocations
- Squat Stretch
- Superman
- ..?

I'm doing the 5x5 workout... albeit only 2x a week usually but geez even going only 2x a week made a huugee difference in my leg strength and basically has maintained the rest of my body since I stopped doing the usual chest/tris back/bis etc routine...

I have a stretch routine I do twice a day mainly designed to get my lower body enough flexibility for proper squats. It's detailed in my journal at the top.

basically I stretch my calves, hams, quads, hip flexors and hip abductors. It makes a difference foe me doing squats as when I started my legs were very inflexible.

Calves are an easy one to do at work. Or can you go crazy in your office or something?

Lots of stretches listed in the first post of this thread. Make sure you warm-up first or your stretching won't be effective and may even cause an injury.
