Is there a routine like that? One where you get a more bb like body than with a strength only routine but also more strength than a pure bodybuilding routine? I was thinking of doing one or two major compound workouts each day (dl, squats, oh, bench) for 3 sets of 5 reps with heavy weights followed by other exercises (depending on the body part) with less heavier weights but for increased reps. Would this work in the way I intend it to or is it better to stick with either a strength or a bb routine?
