Once I kick everyones ass with akuma ( i think thats how you spell it anyway) on the last person Ryu some dude that looks like akuma comes in and knocks him out. How do you play as him. This is on Sega DC.
 
yup, the guy you're playing with is Akuma (or Gouki in Jap version)
The guy that looks like akuma is Super Akuma (or Shin Gouki)
to play as him, after you beat him, press Start + choose Akuma
