Old news. Hollywood has had nothing original for around 6 years now.

i've been confused by all these trailers for a new 'hostel' or 'saw' movie called 'straw dogs,' which sounds like a western...


edit- apparently it's neither. hooray advertising. also it has that fucking cyclops guy, someone should really kill him.

I saw the excellent Dustin Hoffman version in the early 70s. That was a very intense movie.

Saw the screening of this movie last week. If you like rape and graphic rape, then you might like this movie. I personally did not like it. I rated it a 1 out of 5, with 5 being excellent and 1 being poor. I see about 5 movies a week. I don't believe this movie will be showing for very long, so hurry up and see it if you want to or wait until it moves to video, which likely will not be long. Just my review.

Yes, I remember it as well. So sad about today's movies, nothing original, where's the next "Shawshank redemption", hell I'd settle for "Perfect storm"...
