I got the following today, cant even figure out what they are selling or wanting me to do.

My brother wirtes totally random garbage like that for fun sometimes. But he doesn't get high.

They may be putting random garbage in there to try to throw off the Bayesian filters. The extra "text" can help to lower the scoring. Sometimes the text will be hidden (or way way down the page), and the ad will come as an image. Regardless SPAM sucks

Some of those are just triggers, hoping you reply (thus prooving a used email address). Then they will sign you up for all their affiliates.
