Personally if my can is on the curb, I don't care what you put in it as long as it hasn't been dumped yet. I've even told my neighbor's to feel free to use it.

If you were pushing your son in a stroller and had to change his shitty diaper in front of my house while my garbage can was waiting to be picked up I wouldn't mind one bit. It's a can.... for garbage... waiting to be picked up by the people that take said garbage away... Why would I prefer you and your son walk around with a shitty diaper versus using my garbage can that is right there? I'm an asshole but I'm not that big of an asshole.
No kidding, a lot better than it being thrown over fence. I grew either on a corner lot and found lots of shitty decomposing diapers while mowing.

When I throw a dog poop bag in a trash can is is tied up air tight and I'm currently using scented bags so if anything my dog poop bags make your garbage can SMELL BETTER. As long as your kid's diaper is also in a sealed bag I wouldn't care. If you just throw a stinking ass diaper in there well again I guess I still wouldn't car as long as it was garbage day and being picked up anyway. If the diaper is going to be sitting around for days in my can though that is a different story.
