Strange Windows 7 problem

I am running the RC. Sometimes when my PC goes in to hibernation, the CPU fan and GPU fan get maxed out and my PC wont get out of hibernation mode without completely shutting off the machine. When it boots back up it takes F O R E V E R for it to load up W7. And when W7 is loaded up, its still sluggish for about 5 minutes. It also asks me if I want to change my theme to a lower setting. What is happening?

Both Vista and Win7 seem to have problems with sleep and hibernation. I had random shutdowns and problems booting my computer and problems shutting it down. I just turned off the auto sleep/hibernation setting and forgot about it.
