Strange URL Problem

I noticed in my address bar a URL that I have never been to (http://w3z.us/)

This URL appears to be a warez site.

Here is my problem...

I want to know how this URL got there.

I was told that URL's in the address bar are ones that have been typed in manually. URL's

in the history are both from typed and popups....

I noticed this URL while I was browsing the internet.. It struck me because It was the last

one entered, I didn;t enter it, and know one else has access to my computer.. Not that it

would matter, because it came up while I was on it myself.

I spent a few hours going through websites I had been on in the last few hours.. thinking

there may be a link..popup.. or something that put the URL there.. but I found nothing..

Any suggestions on how to find out how it got there.. and is it really possible for an

Unmanually typed URL to be in the address bar?

Thanks

I was just wondering how a URL can get in my address bar when I did not type it manually.. much less ever seen...

I use spybot.. and adaware.. and Im behind a router and sygate firewall..

Basically I just found it odd and I wondererd if any of you knew how that could happen and or how to track it in addition to running spyware.

Thanks
