strange temp on my msi neo2 psf2r

i got p4 2.8c@3.5, pc4000 and 9800pro/xt and msi neo2 psf2r

i check my temp on mbm 5 and core center.

on my cpu temp is 39C right now core center
system temp is 38C right now.

is that normal.

MBM 5 temp : cpu temp about the same
case temp is -30C
