Strange temp file

The other day I was clearing out my windows temporary files and ran across one I couldn't delete. It was "Iadhide3.dll" and it says it's being used by windows. I've looked around and can't seem to find out what this file is, or where it came from. Any ideas?

thanks,
kevin

Try going into your computer and searching for that file. Click on start/find/files or folders and do a search. It might show up in another directory. Other than that, press control/alt/delete and see what programs it shows you're running. If worse comes to worse and you just want rid of it, boot your computer in safe mode and you should be able to delete it then. But I'd try to figure out if you really need the file first....could be to a shareware program cause they often like temp directories. I did a search for it on a fileserver, but got no hits..(another clue that it's a small company that makes the software).
