Strange, strange problem

Hope someone can shed some light on this problem. I spend a fair amount of time on a delphi forum, www.forums.delphiforums.com/pharmacistsrant. For the past 2 days, though, I have not been able to access any delphi pages from my cable internet connection (I get a page not found error). If I use dial up or enter from my computer at work, there are no problems. Until the past 2 days, I never had any problems accessing it through my cable connection. BTW, I'm using IE 6.0.

Any ideas as to what is going on?

When you're on your cable connection, to a
tracert www.webpage.com

See if you lose any packets at a certain router, then if you do, call your cable modem company and ask them why some of your packets are being put through that router.

Yep, there is definitely a problem. My tracert just times out from beginning to end when I try to go there. Pings all time out as well. When I call ATTBI tech support, they can ping the server fine. We'll see. Do you think there is a possibility that some troll in my general range of IP addresses got me banned as a result of their actions?
