Strange problem with World of Warcraft

First, my specs.

I am running a 2500+, Abit NF7-S 2.0, 2 gigs of 3200 (2x512s buffalo and 1 gig of corsair xms), a 9800 pro, an Audigy and 2 120 SATA Maxtors in Raid 0.

Anyway, here's the problem.

When I play WoW, after around 10-20 minutes, the game starts to lag like crazy, and the only way I can fix it is to exit and reopen the game, or to exit and reopen explorer.exe.

Either one fixes it.

I am about to install the new Cat 6.10s to see if it helps.

Any ideas besides drivers?

Oh, also, when I close WoW, my whole system seems slower.

Mainly when I right click and refresh my desktop... there is a 1 second or so lag spike.

Instead of instantly refreshing, it'll pop up an hour glass for 1-2 seconds and THEN refresh.
