Strange problem with my TH7 II Raid

Okay here's my strange problem. I bought the mobo so that I could use it's feature of having the PCI and AGP @ deafult speeds regardless of what fsb im using. Now in the bios when I use that option it states my PCI and AGP @ 33 and 66. Okay awesome even if im runing 115 fsb anyway my major problem lies in that if I use that option my pc won't boot. Yet if I run the same settings execpt without fixing it to the default 33 and 66 it will work fine. So I'm just wondering wtf is going on here? Anyone have a fix for this?
