Strange power on/boot problem

Whenever I power on now, my computer wont boot right away.. I have to hit the reset button after powering on before it will boot. Anyone have any idea of why this might happen?

 
It is possible that the "Power Good" signal that is supposed to come from the PSU either isn't being sent (PSU problem) or not being recognized (mobo problem). Try swapping your PSU with a known good one for starters.
