When I attempted to turn off my computer in windows everything seemed fine. The system shut off completely... but a couple of seconds later the power on the system switched on. I tried clearing the CMOS, checking for crimped cables, making sure everything was plugged in, and checking the D-Bracket... but nothing seems to explain what is causing this. My system will standby just fine, but It refuses to stay powered off if I use the power button during boot or "Turn off" in windows.

My Hardware:
MSI K8N NEO4 ULTRA
MSI RX800XL-VIVO
CORSAIR VS1GBKIT400
AMD 64 3200+ 939
OCZ Modstream 450w
BenQ DW1620
Hitachi 7k250 80gb sata
Dell 1905fp

Any help would be greatly appreciated... I don't usually go to tech support forums as I like to figure things out on my own, but after an hour of google searching without any glimmer of an explanation I'm beginning to get worried.

EDIT: Soon after posting this I had a revelation- maybe it had something to do with the video card... so I removed the video card and then placed it back in and everything is working now... I have no idea what caused the original problem. If any one has a clue, by all means, let me know.
