Strange pets?

Do you guys have any unusual pets?, My roomate had 2 mice as pets and apparently they got a little frisky and now she has 12 (yes 12) babies!

She is now trying to determine the males from the female to stop the population explosion 😉

I suggested we buy a snake to take care of the "problem" 😉
 
I used to breed hedgehogs for a while, and I've had aquariums with all kinds of freshwater/marine animals in them. A long time ago I was into lizards. I don't have anything strange right now.
 
i wish i knew how to do genetic engineering, then i would have some weird pets, like doctor moroe or whatever his name is
 
I have some spider that I caught.. I've had it for about a month now. It's made an egg sack. :Q

I've been feeding it all the other spiders I find in the house. 😀

I don't really have any right now. I used to have a pet Cedar WaxWing(bird).. also have had pet Sparrows..

Salamanders, frogs..

That's about it.

I have a chicken and a duck in the back yard. Both of them lay eggs. I also have a dog with one brown eye and one blue eye, a cat, 4 fish tanks (1 marine, 3 freshwater).

The cat eats dog food, the dog eats human food, the duck eats cat food, the chicken eats bird seeds. My dog used to eat chicken sh!t but I think I've said to much. And yes, all this is true.

And no, I do not live out in the boonies, I live in LA county.

Edit: They get along VERY nicely. When it's dinner time, all of them bunch up into like an animal farm mafia.

holy crap! that's complicated... I have wild turkeys (big, noisy ones) in my back yard..along with tons of deer 😉
 
I have a African Grey Parrot(Edit: He Talks!!!!), and a Senigal (sp?) parrot too. We use to have a Umbrella Cockatoo but he wuz too noisy.

Those r my strange pets 😀!
 
Raised a crawfish for several moltings.....
I remember the way he would crawl out from under the rock when I would feed him brine shrimp. Never would fetch worth a sh1t, though.

everytime i hold my lovebird...she always picks my nose...as nasty as it is...she likes to do it....

I used to have a bunch of newts. I really want a couple of Sugar Gliders, but I don't know if they're legal in NYC, and I don't know if my gf would go for them.
