Strange Outlook Problem!

My boss at work is having a weird problem with her Outlook 2012.

When she replies to some email which has a long trail of emails within, or forwards that message. The moment she hits Send/Receive she gets failed to deliver to recipients message.

If she however only copy/pastes part of that email (in order to not make it so long) the message delivers successfully. I am going nuts here trying to figure out 🙁

She is using Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 + with the latest Windows and Office updates.

Her account is currently setup on POP3 but I also added another account for her using the same email on IMAP and it still does the exact same thing.

Please help

Identify whether it's a mail server or client issue, for example set up a temporary gmail account and send the message in question through that.

If it's a client issue I might try removing KIS2k13 temporarily to see whether it is that that's causing the problem.

The server's message length restriction springs to mind as well, but it would have to have an enormous amount of text in it and the server couldn't handle much in the way of attachments either.

The same error appears if I try to send to another email like gmail. I think it might have to do with the length of the email maybe?

I'd move on to taking KIS2k13 out of the list of suspects (uninstall it completely).

As I said before, it would have to be an e-mail of immense proportions to have problems if it doesn't contain attachments. You could check the size of the e-mail though (probably right-click on it, properties).
