Strange Lines Scrolling Up My LCD

There are these strange lines that go from bottom to top of my monitor constantly. Usually there are 1 or 2 on screen, and they travel at roughly 1cm/second. I can only see them on a dark background, and even then they are faint. Anyone know what these are? :/

LOL! I'm the owner of a nice shiny Radeon9600Pro All In Wonder, the only recent ATI card without a DVI output!

That is unfortunate.....

In my experience with it, changing the monitor actually helped, although that could be due to different refresh rates as well. I read the refresh can make a difference with it. Good luck, I had it on 2/3 monitors I had with my early revision 9700Pro. I think they're just more susceptible to interference.
