Strange Hotmail Issue

I'm not sure this is the best place for this message, but I'm hoping someone can help.

My sister uses hotmail for email and has for years. Recently, when she emails her fiancee, her emails are ending up in his junk email every time, and not only that, several more emails from other hotmail accounts are received at the exact same time as her email. They are spam, solicitors, etc.. He says it only happens when she sends him email. I've tried tons of different search strings on Google and can't find anyone having a similar issue. Any ideas what might be going on? Thanks.

Has her email address ever been hacked? Have her send an email to ping@mxtoolbox.com to see if it's being blacklisted. She should probably change her password ASAP as well.

Sounds like her email was hacked and possibly her pc is now running as a BOT. Best bet, from another pc, change her email password. (this is so new password is not compromised, if there is something on her pc) See if issues stop. If they do, all done. If not, then run Antivirus, Rootkit, Malwarebytes, HiJack This and post results in forums that deal with this. There is a sub forum on here that can help.
