i have abit ip35 pro and e7200. it is strange that my cpu temp is almost 100C. i am wondering how do i cool the cpu down like 60C. is that mean the cpu is no good at all.

It means either you didn't install the heatsink correctly, or you're trying to overclock too high on the stock heatsink. Most likely the problem is that you didn't get all four "feet" on the heatsink seated.

i am getting the 100C on the bios.

update: i let the pc rest for at least 2 hrs. then i turn back on and go to the bios: PC health selection. the cpu temp say: 70C and up. it didnot go 70 stay, up and down. it just 70 and kept going up.

That's what happens when you don't have the heatsink attached properly. These LGA775 heatsinks need to be installed with the motherboard completely removed from the case.
