I currently have a Gigabyte GA-965G-DS3 that despises being overclocked.

The GA-965P-S3 costs about 110, the GA-965P-DS3 costs about 150, and the ASUS P5B Deluxe costs 200.

There isn't even so much of a budget, it's an already built rig, I'm looking to just change it for overclocking friendliness.

Which of those three boards would be the best replacement?

The Asus P5B Deluxe is probably the best of those. Maybe a Gigabyte 965P DS3 Revisions 2 when the release. I'd also consider the Biostar P965 PT. (The only Biostar board at newegg with a p965 chipset). Overclocks better than the S3 and is the same price. Also the Asus P5B-E. Or the DFI Infinity 975X, which can go to 450 FSB with the new bios and hangs with the best of them. I'm a little biased in support of DFI though.
