Strange boot up problem...

Maybe I'm missing something, but this is something I've never come across before. When I either restart my system, or do a cold boot, my computer won't POST when I first attempt it. I have to shut down using the power button, then start it back up...then it starts every time. I didn't change any hardware in my system...it just started happening from out of nowhere. My system specs can be found in my rig profile below.

Thanks for any help or ideas.

I had this problem when I first booted up a new computer I built. Everyone here was very helpful by the way. Problem turned out to be memory. I was using crucial memory. I finally RMAed the memory and the new memory did the same. Finally upped the FSB to 180 and the voltage to 2.7 and the problem has never come back. Funny it wouldn't work at the default levels but overclock it a little and it works great. Thanks to everyone who were so eager to help me.

I've had the RAM in my system for about 2 months now, and I haven't had a problem. I have another stick coming in soon, so I'll switch them out when it comes in, and see if anything changes. Thanks.
