Strange blemish on my skin

Ok. I've had it with this thing. On the inside of my thigh is a 1 inch in diameter red spot. It doesn't itch. It's just... there. It doesn't bother me at all except that it's defying me and my attempts to destroy it. I've had it for almost four months now and have been trying to get rid of it for all four months. The problem is I don't know what it is. Ringworm is an actual ring, and this is a solid spot. Antifungal creams didn't get rid of it, and using bleach to dry it out didn't get rid of it.

Does anyone have any idea what this retarded deformity is, and how can I get rid of it?

Doctors cost money that I don't want to spend unless my life is in danger

Kidding aside, I'm trying to save that as the last resort, so to speak.

It's far enough from my manhood that it escaped the havoc that this filthy gestation has brought upon my skin. Plus, it isn't spreading. I'll do a pic tomorrow I suppose... I'm at work right now.

Cut it out/off. Then show everyone the hideous wound. Soon you have a rep of being "crazy" and "psycho" and nobody will want to mess with Crazy Psycho Sraaz. You'll walk into a bar and everyone will be whispering behind your back saying "Dont F**k with that guy, man! He's CRAZY!!"

um, how do you know your life isn't in danger. it's unlikely, I suppose, but it could be a cancer of some kind. or some other nasty problem that needs medical intervention, pronto. also, how much does a trip to the GP (general practitioner) cost these days? It can't be that unaffordable, can it? isn't there a public hospital or clinic you can attend, if you don't want to pay actual money to see a doctor?
