Again, you are not in a position to decide which Science is "nonsense".

Only President Trump can do that.

Yea, users familiar with goatboy will remain skeptical as long as he refuses to allow new information to change his opinion, and casually supports those who discriminate against those that make him feel icky.

His posting history not only suggests but proves to anyone with a reasonable mind (imagine that) that he has an unhealthy obsession over this topic. He has a particularly unnatural obsession with people that are different than him. Perhaps even a borderline mental illness? At least that is what they are saying and I believe them...

People who share his hateful feelings towards those that are different than him often go off and hurt or even kill the targets of their hate. Those with his mindset are the reasons why LGBTQ people are singled out, bullied, abused, and sometimes even killed.

The whole "who me" bullshit routine does not absolve him and those like him...

You don't have to pull the actual trigger to be culpable...

There is blood on the hands of people like him and those who share his mental disorder...

Hating and killing for Jesus...

(no different than the Muslim they decry)

While I disagree that “trans folk have a mental illness” I think people from Furries to bronies to Scientologists might have mental disorders yet it doesn’t mean I want to kill them.

Cool, good for you. Unfortunately, not everyone feels the same.

So...you are announcing to the world that you are "Not a psycho-killer".

Good to know, Francis.

Though what do you mean by 'we' and 'not tolerate'? 'We, the denizens, or owners, of this forum', or 'we, the state'?

What is absurd is the idea that people can express hateful thoughts and then insist nobody can challenge or condemn those words. But I'm still not sure about the degree to which it should be a matter for the law.

We as a society of individuals need to apply a variety of techniques to fight against the inhumane treatment some of our fellow human beings endure.

The easiest and best way to effect positive social change is by changing our own attitudes. When we treat others with respect it sets a good example. I'll point to the Love Has No Labels TV commercial with John Cena explaining that to love America is to love ALL Americans.

Most folks who carry anger in their heart are actually hurting inside. It's really hard to express love towards others if you don't love yourself first. We need those folks to know it's okay to let that anger go.

But some folks will never take the hint that playing well with others is better for everyone in the long run. Those folks may need to be somewhat shamed or shunned if nothing else works. And if they continue to hate in their hearts hopefully they've at least learned to not act on that hate or teach it to the next generation. I'm fine with the idea of angry old racist, homophobic, misogynistic farts quietly dying off.

And if the hate rises to the level of illegal discrimination then we address the issue via the courts and legal system. Society can't police your thoughts or the content of your heart, but we can make sure nobody is denied a job or housing or any of the same rights and opportunities all Americans are entitled to.

And in very extreme cases of nuts who decide to pick up a gun, go to a school or a church and kill others to express their anger, well, IMHO, we shoot to kill and put that person down like we would a vicious dog.

Paladin3, that's a great post. You are one of them most level headed and thoughtful posters on here. I apologize if my posts come out hateful or anything of the such, they aren’t. I’m just discussing my opinions on it because that’s what the forums are here for. They aren’t meant to be hateful in any way though. Cheers :beercheers:

Thank you. I think most of us are pretty level headed and good people at heart, but something sometimes get's lost in the translation we call the Internet. It's wonderful to have such a handy method to share opinions and ideas, but it's easy to disregard the humanity of the person on the other end of all those zeros and ones.

You are misunderstanding and misrepresenting (possibly purposefully) an opinion on something for hate, which it’s not. I have no ill will towards transgenders or anyone else that’s different than me no matter what you say. My ill will is towards those that insist that I think exactly like them or else I’m a hateful Nazi. People can and do have opinions that differ from what you (and others that act this way) see as the way it should be. That doesn’t mean it’s hateful or wrong or anything like that.

Your post is full of generalizations trying to paint this huge brush towards me. Muslims and killing them and that I believe in Jesus etc. You say "people like him" and who share my "hateful" feelings as a way to paint me with that picture without specifically saying that’s me. You are the one filled with hate. You are the one using prejudice to paint those different than you with a large hate filled brush. Examine your own self.

Milo is awesome, love to see this. This is real organic diversity, not forced affirmative action so they can check boxes as the left prefers.

I have to say I found it highly amusing that he constantly criticized people for saying they were victims of discrimination and oppression up until he was fired and banned from Twitter and other places for acting like an asshole and an apologist for child molestation.

Then of course he immediately started shrieking and whining about how discriminated against and how oppressed he was as he watched his career go down the toilet. You have to admit that was pretty funny, right?

Yes, yes, YOU are the true victim here. And, of course, we don't hate you. Heaven forfend!

We feel sorry for you, since you obviously have a mental disorder . . . a conclusion we arrive at with the same intellectual and scientific rigor you apply to your entirely non-demeaning opinions regarding trans folks.

Of course, this means you will be barred from serving in our armed forces. And that you will go through life as a readily available target of open and debilitating scorn and even physical violence. You will be turned down for many jobs for which you are otherwise qualified. That's only fair! I'm thinking you shouldn't be allowed to vote or own property or marry . . . just to be on the safe side.

But, rest assured, we don't hate you. THAT would be wrong.
